Return Process

    Contact Support

    Reach out to our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specific shipping instructions for your region.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Device

    Ensure the device is reset to factory settings and securely packed in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

  • 3.
    Label and Ship

    Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package and use a tracked shipping service to send the item back to our designated service center.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technical team inspects the returned hardware for damage, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
